Phony Cleaning Lady

I don't know if anyone else sees it, but what does that cleaning lady that we have actually clean, if she supposed to clean the laundry room, it is done very poorly, there is still dryer sheets all over the place when we use the place, there is dust all over, and if she cleans the appartments, what does she do' I always see her carrying out trash bags, but is that only to make it look like that she is doing her job'
I must say, the cleaning is very poor...
