To start off nice, the apartment management is friendly. However, they are incompetent in every other manner. Anytime maintenance is called on an issue, like a dishwasher, air conditioner, water heater, gates broken...they are ignored. Many times the record of request for maintenance is lost. Do not plan on any amount of security. The gates do not work and the management staff does not care about your concerns. The first three months we lived here (in the middle of the summer) the air conditioner continually broke. It took many calls and visits to have it fixed. Even now, after a year, the air conditioner is questionable. The hot water heater is not a full size and is fifteen years old. Even though the heating elements are gone, the apartment complex will not fix it. The gates repeatedly do not work. Why have them or why worry about anyone's safety' While I was living here a peeping tom lived across the way in which he could see into my apartment. When the office was notified, they said he had lived here for so long and had not been a bother that they could not do anything about it. A sex offender also moved in two doors down. No notification was given and was still seen with children. I advise you to pass this one up! Keep driving!
