Although the office staff is friendly and personable, they seem to have the standard, all too common "We're not about to do anything more than absolutely neccessary to keep our jobs" attitude.

For example, I found it necessary to ask them time and time again to keep the burned out light bulbs in the parking lot lamp posts changed for security
purposes. I also asked them to fix or replace the very dim flood light on my apartment building
a number of times. My requests were always met with a smile and a polite agreement to take action, but nothing was ever done. Parking lot security was obviously not a priority to them. Nor was keeping their word.

I also asked them to move the dumpster further away from the parking spaces to prevent collisions and they responded that there was nothing they could do.

The icing on the cake took place when I called after I left to request my deposit back. I was informed by the office that I would receive nothing due to the condition of the apartment although I worked hard to leave it in very good shape. The head maintenance man told me several months later that he had seen my apartment immediately after I left and described the condition as "immaculate".

Other than the trauma of having a pet of seven years stolen here, I have no other complaints.

Simply put, this management company does not deserve quality, responsible tenants.
