i agree with the light bulbs of the apartments. for safety reasons i had to change the light bulbs my self that i had to buy with my own money and i lived there 4 years. to fix a water leak it took 6 calls to the maintaince people before they came to look at it. the walls are thin so you can hear when the people take a bath.
