I don't know what has changed to prompt so many negative reviews but I lived there for years and almost never heard a sound. I did have one neighbor for a short time who blasted his stereo like a disco until he finally got the message, either from me or the management, but it stopped. For the remaining years that I lived there I never had a noise issue, and any repairs needed were usually addressed within 24 hours. Joy and Jill were great managers. That was years ago but I know they were going through leadership and perhaps owner changes in the works when I left. Maybe it's gone to the dogs since then but it was fine in my book.
