I enjoyed my stay there. I accually miss it! My top floor apt and a huge patio and tons of space. Parking wasnt the greatest in my area, on weekends. But I didnt mind the very small walk. The office staff was awesome, and very understanding. I definitly recommend this place!!!!

Of course you will always have some complaints, but that is anywhere you go. You can't make evryone happy. People need to understand they are living in an apartment, not a house....certain issues come along with renting an apartment. Deal with it! Ive lived in far worse apartments! We plan to go back when we move back to San Antonio!

The large two bedrooms you are talking about are very nice. Very few apts have the large wrap around balcony. I disagree with you on what we should expect. Just as the apt complex likes to collect their rent on time, we have rights to service. Feel lucky that you never experienced any leaks, faulty air conditioning systems, or any other problems. I had a leak that went on for a month pouring water into my closet. According to the office, the leak was in the apartment above mine and it was fixed. They never once came into my apt to see what was wet or where the leak was coming from. Well guess what - I still had water pouring into my closet. It finally occured to them that they should take a look into my apt. It may not be a "house" but it is the tenant's home. Looking back at all the reviews, nothing has improved regarding maintenance and the office staff. We have a new office staff and it is still the same problem. My opinion is that it goes beyond the office staff. It's poor property management starting at the top. We have a contract with them and they need to deliver.

I've lived at Las cimas since 2001. I live there because the rent is reasonable, it is close to work (I walk) and my apt. is nice. The office staff a bordering on criminal. I had high hopes that it would change when the staff changed but the conduct is the same. I also feel that it must be a problem with the corporation in general. These folks do nothing they tell you they will do and they would rather lie when the truth would do just as well.
