Good location, average apts, cheap....... but, HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE SERVICE. When I move in, the apt was dirty, nothing was fixed correctly. It took 2 weeks for them to clean the carpet... and the mess from the previous tenant. It took 4EVER to fix the dishwaher (by the way dosen't fix well in the sink),the shower... Oh the air conditioner has the most horrible noise (maintenace said that they didn't hear nothing and they put a "filter" to cover the noise) never was fixed. The staff says that they place the "work order for you", but the true is you need to stop every other day to make sure that the "maintenace people" has ur work order.... and that maybe would take 1-2 weeks. I made the mistake to sign a lease for 1 year in this horrible conditions. Ahhh I forgot, since I move in the lights outside my apt dosen't work...no safety at all... do they care''' NO

you never should have moved in if the carpet wasn't cleaned and there was still a mess from the previous tenant. when you agree to move in with pre-existing problems, you agree to take over those problems. you tell them to fix it, then you'll move it.
As for the lights outside, give it a couple days and they should replace the bulb. better yet, let the office know about it and they'll fix it faster.
Also, at almost every apartment you're gonna have to ask maintenance numerous times to get something fixed. It's a part of life, get over it. If you find an apartment that fixes things properly the first time with only being told once, live there and never move out. Otherwise buy a house and pay to fix things yourself.

It's probably my junk... We moved out at the end of July and received a final statement from Las Cimas for almost $100. The bill included removing our left-over junk from the balcony ($50) as well as carpet cleaning and other misc. expenses. When my wife went there to pay the balance she said the stuff was still on the balcony, which is clearly visible from the office. I hope they did eventually get around to removing it, since we paid for it.
