We've lived here for six months and have not had any problems with the maintenance staff or leasing staff. We had a short in our fuse box, but they fixed it the very same day. Our apartment was clean and ready to move in on day one. The gate doesn't always work, but it's not a big problem because I really don't like gates. They take too long to open. We always have our choice of parking spaces when we come home. I really think we have the best view on the complex. We have a third floor apartment and out balcony faces the fullest and most lush part of some huge oak trees. We sit outside and drink coffee, meditate or just watch all the birds and squirrels go by. Besides the ambulences and helicopters that we can hear (right next door to medical center), it's very peaceful and cozy here at Las Cimas Apartments.
