This place has been one headache after another.

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I moved here in Oct of 2006 and left in March of 2007. It was my first apartment and thought it was nice enough. While there, I had another apartment's eviction notices twice on my door. My heater went out during the freeze San Antonio had in Jan/Feb of 2007 and they never came to repair it even after begging them to. My bedroom was next to the a/c units for the building and one of them was clearly broken because it made the loudest "thud" sound over and over all night. I asked if they could fix it they said they would. Never happened, wasn't surprised. Even my neighbor, who the unit belonged to, said they'd complained. The gate never worked, up until 2 months before I moved out. I came home from work one night to find out I was locked out of the complex because no one notified residents of it being fixed or how to get in BEFORE it was fixed. When I finally got to my door, there was a pink flyer explaining the situation. Even after moving out, I'd clearly submitted my forwarding address for my deposit and 2 months pass with still nothing. I called to ask what happened and they said it was in the mail. Never got it. I find out from a leasing office to another apartment I'm trying to move into that Las Cimas claims I skipped out on them and still owe them money for damages. Las Cimas was notified accordingly to my leaving and the apartment was immaculate when I left. I personally call to speak with Lynn the manager about what she's claiming and Lena says she must have made a mistake. Some mistake! This place is a revolving door of staff; from Lisa to Vicki to Lynn to Lena. I don t think I ve ever spoken to the same person twice. I'm not normally one to complain, but you have got to be kidding me! I implore you, please avoid this apartment. It's not worth the headaches.
