Las Colinas is generally quiet and affordable since I am a student. It was my choice here since it's only me and another in an apartment and we didn't want to room with anyone else. Close to UTSA, which is a plus.

Management is rather calloused on-site. They have been making efforts to change, and conditions have improved from these other previous posts (i.e. pool, tennis courts, could improve fitness center--old equipment) but really, like any other desk job, their service is worn down due to their own mediocre customer service attitude. They don't strive to excel and the lack of achieving influences their mood --- purposelessness.

They don't excel, they just simply push the paperwork and take your money. I have no relationship beyond that with the management even though I am there once a week to say hi. Don't even know my name besides that, so I stopped visiting. That's a horrible way to work, just not 'personable.'

I've been here for two months now, and have experienced two water outages in the last month (which lasted two hours hours each time).

The Lynd Company -- its obvious how the economy is affects everyone, and so the choice to update and renovate these apartments are likely not cost effective. That doesn't make it right, but that's the nature of profit.

Conditions are improving, and will continue to improve as they hopefully choose to improve management and investing (Right next to UTSA), but at the current state...

Don't come here unless you need to save a little extra dough.

Consequently, you get what you pay for, a little less.
