let's start with maintenace, virtually none. they advertise "3 sparkly pools" las colinas' pools are conisistently CLOSED. they advertise fitness center, it has been closed for at least the last year. the management staff is inconsiderate, rude, obnoxious and a few other words i can't say here. don't plan on getting packages from ups, fed ex, or usps, office will tell you that you have no packages. water mains break on a regular basis, leaving you with no water during the peak hours of the day, boilers go out, leaving you with no hot water (when you do havewater) parking is HORRIBLE!!!! my car's been hit, my husbands car has been hit, gates never work. i could go on, but you get my drift, would rather live in a motel room then continue to live here. remember folks, college kids live here, party party party.
