It is very unlikely that you would even be able to get a hold of management. When you move out they are suppose to refund your deposit within or immediately after 30 days of move out, well not to anyone's surprise that of course did not happen. It's been over 90 days and still till this day my mother's deposit has not been refunded.When we do call the so called manager Monica gives you the run around or just never even answers the phone, we've asked for the number to the corporate office and she says that she will make sure to put deposit in the mail and that was about 3 weeks ago. So again here we go with the waiting game. I feel for you. I lived there for a year. As soon as my lease was up, I was out of there. It took them 4 1/2 months to return my deposit. And much like what theyve been telling you, my check was always in the mail and I could never have corporates number. Although this place was very convienient location wise, it was expensive and unsafe. Good luck. Hope you get your deposit soon.
