I live at Legacy Townhomes and think that you are the one that is confused. Yeah there are parking problems, but the new manager and staff have been addressing these issues and they have vastly improved. Also, we had a wonderful resident party which we had never had before and they gave away 1/2 month rent free. They have been working on landscaping and are sceduled to complete concrete repairs to the front drive eithin the next two months. Grace and Lucy are very helpful and have gone above and beyond their job to make the residents happy. So maybe you are white trash.

Oh yes, the concrete repairs, which they first tried to cheaply do with the maintenance staff, which made the problem worse after about 2 weeks, then finally hired professionals (after that the problem was fixed). My only point here is that they clearly prefer to do things cheaply than correctly.
