I just want to let you all know that I have been a Resident at Legacy Townhomes sence December 2003. I have to say out of all the time I have lived here I have not once had a problem with this management team. The management team that was here before them was unfriendly and unprofessional. Grace and Lucy do a fantastic Job and they take care of their residents. The lagoon party that was held for the residence was the first ever resident party since I've lived here and I really think that it is a Great idea so that we can all get to know our neighbors and it also helps creat the community atmasphire. To address the statment about the maintance entering townhomes with out permision that is incorrect. Travis and Rego do a fantastic job around here!!! They have never once entered my aparment with out a workorder and if I was not present when the work order was complete they always left a note stating that the work was complete with the time and date. They are still trying to catch up from the past maintance crew that did a poor job (when they did do something) and if they did work on it it was left unfinished. At LEGACY TOWNHOMES they allow your apartment to feel like a HOME and the complex is a COMMUNITY in itself!!!!!
