DO NOT RENT HERE From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   No pest control service. After living with crickets, bugs, spiders, and many other unknown creatures, decided to leave. Never opened windows, but these creatures somehow got in. Wood underneath the carpet upstairs was making lot of noise and everytime my wife or I woke up to go to the bathroom, both of us woke up due to the noise. Wrote service calls to the apartment office and they ignored it. Have heard similar noise upstairs in neighbor's bedroom too. Walls are too thin between apartments. Staff at the office is very rude. Apartment construction is very poor. There is not enough heating/air conditioning vents in the apartment. Either it is too cold or too hot and the only way to be comfortable is to waste lots of money on electricity. Parking is horrendous. Far few parking spaces. The apartment size is too small for the rent you pay. Couldn't get a queen bed upstairs. Had to fold and bend. Do not recommend anyone to live here, mainly due to unfriendly and rude staff, very poor service and bad construction.
