This place is so cheap! Everything is getting old. I just moved in and now regret it! The parking is horrible! They make it this way so that way you are forced to pay for an overly priced garage. Honestly, if you want a hassle-free place to live, this is not the place for you.

I am so sorry you feel that way i believe that my home is very nice and yes there are some parking problems but when i went into the office to complain they immediately offerd me a garage at half off. I have lived here for 5 months and love the office staff they are always nice when I go in. The other day when I went in they had ordered flowers for someone who lived there who had just had surgery. I know I've never lived at an apartment complex that does that.

I don't see how you can see this place as being "cheap". The apartments themselves are worth the money you pay, the grounds are regularly cleaned and tendered to. Its in the middle of a golf course so it has beautiful surroundings. The the design of the pool blows you away and I cant wait til summer to hang out there. After looking at close to 25 apartment complexes before I chose this one I can definitely say this is not cheap. Yes parking isnt great and I wish the garages were cheaper or they just scrapped the idea of the carports and more open spaces. But its hardly worth complaining about because I dont know one complex that doesnt have parking problems. The office staff are great and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. I couldnt think of a better place to live.
