This apartment complex is appealing to the eye. It is surrounded by a beautiful golf course but, don't be fooled! We had many problems with parking that were created by the management. We paid for covered parking and somehow there was a lack of communication between the management and the database. A few days later we received a siticker on our car telling us we were illegally parked and we had 8 hours to move it. In the time it took my husband to take a shower (to go visit the folks at the leasing office) the tow truck was already placing our car in tow (1 hour notice)!
It turns out that parking spot was taken by another paying tenant. They assigned us to another parking port only to have THAT port's tenant ask us to move our car! It took 3 tries to get the parking situation worked out.
Unfortunately, parking was not the only issue we had with the management. Upon giving us a move in date, the apartment was not ready at all. It was still flithy from the previous owner! To make a long story short, I was moving in while they were cleaning the apartment. Simply unacceptable!
On a more positive note, the maintenance crew was excellent! They always responded in a timely manner and were always friendly. One even gave us their cell phone number and asked for us to call if we ever need anything. The maintenance group were professional and proud of the job they did. It showed!
