I agree with the previous poster...what happened to the great ppl working in the office'''' They were really the best thing the property had going for it. On the issue of noise, I could hear every single sound upstairs and down...this includes arguments between people and alarms going off in the morning. THE WORST PART is that sometimes the guy would disappear for a few days and the alarm would go off god awful early on weekend mornings when we were trying to sleep!!!! Lots of short cuts taken with construction so there were issues here and there. we got a leak from upstairs before and the people they bring in (always outsourced) to fix things are realy crappy!!! They spackled stuff and got paint and spackle on all my stuff in the kitchen (butcher block, stuff on counter, etc). There were staples sticking out of the carpet in places which makes walking around your house without shoes hard to do if you dont want to get your feet poked!!! And finally, when they 'fix' the apartments for movein, they do a lot of chemical treatment of things which REEEKS and leaks into your apartment. Stinks to high heaven for at least a couple of days and can give you quite the headache.
I wanted to believe that you get what you pay for here, but you really don't. We supposedly got a slammin deal (several hundered lower than the 'going' advertised rate), but it still wasn't worth it! Thank god the lease was up and we moved out!
I am staying with family and looking for a new place to live and I really am worried that the lower cost places will be even worse! SCARY THOUGHT!!!!!

HEy i think i know who you are this is the leasing agent that leased to (Fabian) you i am very sorry you were not happy at legends i now work at another apartment complex in town off 281 you should come by and see our townhomes there great all townhomes have 1 or 2 car attached garages energy efficent appliances, AC's and lights. Also the clubroom offers a tanning cente, bussiness center, 24 hour fitness center and sauna also for the little one we have a playground. The Great thing is we have our 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome with a 1 car attached garage 1246 sq ft which was bigger than the apartment you were in at legends. We now have that town home going for $920 on a year and a half lease. I know you will love them just email me at utsatreasurer@gmail.com if you are interested. Oh i forgot to mention the other leasing agent that was at legends is now here too i had to bring her with me.

The people in the office were some great people but there was reasons why most of quit or got terminated.

I just recently moved in and have had some issues already. can anyone clue me in as to the history of the place. I am scared to ask but what happened that the previous management company got rid of everyone. why did the the "great people" get terminated and quit? I know at the other apratments I lived in there were always new people coming in and out. that created a lot of problems. Am I going to have the same problem here? someone please answer me.
