I have a townhome that oversees the pool area which has been really nice. Since I stay at home with my children, I am home all the time. I have noticed how quiet the neighborhood stays for the most part. So much better than an apartment complex. We now have a back yard, but didn't sacrifice the pool amenity. Repairs are done timely and the staff is very helpful.
