Levy Townhomes

Looks nice but that's it. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   The property looks nice but the surrounding neighborhood leaves much to be desired. We set up appointments with the management *twice* to drive in from out of town to view a unit and they stood us up both times. We finally had the answering service call the property manger at her private number and were told by the answering service she was "upset because they had contacted her at that number". We drove in from out of town and sat for hours. Horribly unprofessional. I would also mentioned that a search of the sex offender database for Texas showed a whopping *75* offenders living in the same zip code as the property. Not recommended for families or single females.
