The manager was pretty good about allowing me to move in very fast, but living here has been a nightmare. Whithin a few months of moving in someone whithin this gated comunity stole my tire including the rim during the night. Maintenance is very slow- It took about a week and a hal to replace the refrigerator that was no longer working. I had to throw out a lot of food. I moved in with a filthy carpet because they decided at the last minute not to replace it. Also the water heater is either always breaking so you have to shower/bathe in super cold water or if not the shower is always changing from super hot to freezing so you burn your a** one second and freeze it the next. This place has a pool but it is rarely open unless the manager wants to enjoy her afternoon by the pool or it has green disgusting water and they take forever to clean it. The AC is ancient and during hot afternoons your apartment becomes a furnace. Will be moving out this month and I don't think I will get any of my deposit back although the place is in the same shape it was a year ago. Also one of the things I was told while signing my lease and the drug free community form was (and I quote) "If you like to smoke it is not a problem unless you can smell the marijuana outside your apartment."

I have lived at the liberty ridge since 2000 and we love it here. We have gone through 3 managers but Elena is a wonderful manager. The new owners since she came aboard have really done alot to the property. Plus her living on the property has really done alot for the property, you will see her walking out there even late nights just to make sure everyone respects their neighbor. I highly recommend this property, very quiet, comfortable place to call home.
