the management is rude and totally incompetent

the office(javi and some arrogant blonde woman)have been told no less than seven times about two security lights that have been out for over a month.They have done absolutely nothing about this and don't seem concerned in the least about this very dangerous situation!How are people this useless able to remain employed'
