I have been asking for maintenance for months, FINALLY, they send me a painter! We had a major problem, the poor guy freaked out and did his best. needless to say maintenance around here is subpar because they keep quitting because of the horrible management i would strongly consider a new career. and i am definitely relocating ASAP!
