don't get cable here - My cable bill when i moved here was 58/mth. It is now 100/mth. the management here keeps out the competition and gets free cable for their whole staff. So who pays we the residents do. The maintenance here is extremely unqualifed. When they do get someone who is qualified they run them off within two months. It takes the unqualified staff at least a minimum of 4 to 5 times to find a temporary fix.Nothing is fixed correctly - when an appliance needs replacing they get you another one that is on its last legs so you will have more problems within two months. They need a qualified plumber to fix the toliet problem. they recently have had three apartments that I know of that the 2rd level apartment has had floods due to toliets backing up. Two residents have had to move due to damage from the flooding.They need to get larger dumpsters - they are currently flowing over and you sometimes have to hold throwing your trash out until they pick up the trash. This only attracts rats, possiums, and flies. Another big problem here is the dog ---- all over the grounds - you need to watch where you walk. The only pool that is clean and in good condiytion is by the leasing office that way people looking to rent here see how nice the pool is by the rental office. The lounge chairs by the pools are over twenty years old if you sit or put any weight on them you will fall thru as the rubber strips are dry rotted out. This is just a sample of how well the apartments are maintained. If you move here good luck to you - you will need it.
