What A Shame! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006   POOR MAINTENANCE - NO PLACE TO PARK - GARGABE WILL NOT FIT INTO DUMPSTERS ( NEED LARGER ONES) - lARGE TREES NEED TRIMING - WILD ANIMALS PROWL AT NIGHT - NEED MOR NIGHT LIGHTING (UNSAFE AT NIGHT) - SPRINKLERS COME ON AT NORMAL HOURS FOR PEOPLE TO WALK BY -SOAKING THEM - POOLS ARE ONLY CLEANED EVERY SIX WEEKS LEAVING A DIRTY POOL FOR FIVE PLUS WEEKS - THE ONLY EXCEPTION IS THE POOL BY THE OFFICE - LOUNGE CHAIRS AT POOLS NEED REPLACING AS STRAPS ARE DRY ROTTED AND WILL BREAK IF YOU SIT ON THEM - DOG POOP ALL OVER THE GROUNDS. It is a real shame that management is letting the place run down and not keeping the complex a nice place for people to live.
