Lincoln Greens are making large increases in monthly rent payments - the only thing is that they are not doing anything to warrant these large increases. Maintenance is almost Non-existent; greens need cleaning up from dog-poop, trash, and leaves;the large trees need drastic triming back they are almost in the pools,and are on top of the building (if there was a fire in one apartment building it could very easy spread to another and another - a real safety hazard for residents - well at least lincoln greens staff don't have to live her). Here it is sunday afternoon and garbage containers are already flowing over - I bet the possums,rats and other wild animals are licking their chops from the over-abundance of food (yes there are possums, rats and other wild animals living here like kings - they really love the staff at lincoln greens for keeping them fed. If you have a broken step to your apartment it only takes about six months to get it replaced. It is real fun explaining to friends when they come over and say when are you going to have them fix your steps before somebody gets hurt. The Staff's explanation given is that the money comes from petty cash and they don't have much as the outside lights also come from petty cash. This is a big safety issue - but you can see how much they care about their residents. When you have a major leak they can never get it fixed right - what I don't understand is why they don't call in an expert to get it fixed right. There have been many major leaks from sewer back-ups. Many of the leaks have been on the second floors and all the poop water flows down in the apartment below - YUK! - a safety hazard to your health. Also from these leaks mold grows - another safety hazard.
These are just a few of the things that are going on here - then they make large increases in the rents - of course they will use the large rent increases to improve the living conditions - NO WAY - THEY ARE SLUM LANDLORDS THE MONEY ONLY GOES IN THEIR POCKETS - THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR RESIDENTS - I AM PLANNING ON GETTING OUT OF HERE WHEN MY LEASE AGREEMENT IS UP.
