See, I hear the good maintenance guy is leaving too. I don't blame him, he can't do everything by himself. If the management lets him go, they're more idiotic than I thought. Now NOTHING will get done! They never stay here. The bad ones stay because they can't get a job anywhere else and this place hires anybody because they're desperate! I'm seriously considering leaving when my lease is up in July. Does anybody ever really read these posts' If they did, this place would be a ghost town....

I agree. From reading these post i am definitely staying out of that place. I live across the street at Austin Pointe and it sucks. I'm trying to find an apartment with good reviews but no luck yet.
