You are all correct. This place is forced to lower rents due to the owner being a cheap A$$ of ---- decent! Therefore, the quality of people they rent to is beyond questionable. I have meth, and coke dealers living next to me that carry handguns. I love it here. I think the name should be changed to Lincoln Green Retirement Home. I can't image a better place to be. So if I you get shot by a neighbor, you're lucky to live here!
