Most of these recent writings seem to be by both the bald dude and the black sock dude. The scary bald guy is gone, and no one is sad about that. The other guy is rarely seen, so minimal threat, if any, there. Decent apartments and lots of trees. Love having a washer and dryer in my unit to start with. There are sporatic maintenance problems, but that goes with any complex; same as the dog poop and parking. It very quiet around here too. I pity the people who had to live near the fat bald guy. They deserve a month of free rent or something for their troubles.
