I have lived here for nearly two years now and I have to say that it has been terrible from day one. The day I moved in my apartment wasn't even ready. It was dirty and the carpet was stained...although I had been promised that the carpet would be replaced. I still have the same carpet nearly two years later. The day I moved in I had to clean the apartment myself and no one in the office seemed too concerned. I was promised an ice maker to only be told later that phase three isn't equipped for icemakers. I have been waiting since I moved in to be able to use the hot tub which is a west nile virus epidemic waiting to happen..., by the way, the complex STILL uses the "relaxing hot tub" to lure prospective renters. The fitness center is a complete joke...the parts are lying all over the floor and it is completely useless. I had to wait over 18 months for a dishwasher and didn't get one until I was ready to walk out of this dump. This summer I was without AC for over TWO WEEKS. The office always has an excuse about everything and is very good at "passing the buck." I'm fed up with this place and can not wait until my lease is up so I can move somewhere that has some pride in their property. One of the maintenance men once told me that "if you wanted to live in a class A property you should have moved into one." This was his reponse to me when I simply asked for a new AC vent because the handle was broken on mine and I couldn't open and close it. To this day, I still do not have a working AC vent in my master bedroom. The latest, however, has been my garbage disposal. The office never bothered to call me back or send maintenance and now my garbage disposal is backed up not only into my sink but also into my dishwasher. This place basically SUCKS!

did you know by law the complex should have fire ext.the girl in the office is javi,he believes he is a stud.he got his job by some else in the office,he did not have to apply,just like the assist.manager.
