Just in case you're considering moving here, or if you already live here as I do, you should know that on Monday Sept 25th there was a shooting and a stabbing in BROAD DAYLIGHT in phase three. It happened at about 4:00, just minutes after I got home from work. Not only is this place poorly maintained and the staff extremely rude and unprofessional, we now have to deal with shootings and stabbings. Just what kind of people is the office staff allowing to live here''

The persons involved in the disturbance were were NOT residents of Lincoln Green. They were guests of a resident. That resident has been required to vacate immediately. Lincoln Green runs a credit and background check on all applicants. The resident did qualify to live at LG, however because the resident allowed these other people to come onto the property the resident will be held responsible for their actions. Lincoln Green has many, many wonderful residents. It is unfortunate that the actions of outsiders have caused such concern. Do not hold the staff or residents responsible for the actions of those who do not belong here. That is not fair. Lincoln Green is not perfect but as a whole, residents and staff we do care about our community!
