I can't wait till my lease is up, I was stupid and signed a year lease. I had to call numerous times for the same problem to be fixed too many times to count. That is, to clarify, several problems, many calls to actually get something done. The response and wait time is atrocious. They have only a handful of maintainence men working on one of the largest complexes in San Antonio. They cut corners where they should never cut corners such as never replacing the carpet even if there are huge stains, or even painting the walls when you move into a new unit. Water mains have broken twice just this year and it took them a coon's age to actually get a professional to work on that, while they tried to fix it "in house." There is never parking available near your apartment, everyone there seems to have parties all the time or visitors constantly, and in one case I noticed 8 people living in a one bedroom apartment, that is 8 people and 6 cars! The walls and ceiling are paper thin and my neighbor can hear her upstairs neighbors booming all over the apartment and I have a neighbor's stereo which has a ridiculous subwoofer on it so the walls literally vibrate. I am literally counting the days until I am able to move.
