As I write, the police, fire department and EMS are here yet again. I'm not sure what is going on this time, but yesterday several of the teenagers they have leased to recently were outside fighting....again!! One of the girls was screaming at the top of her lungs and it looked as though she had been injured. I don't know about the rest of you, but I can't wait until my lease is up. I mean, I can certainly understand occasional occurances, but when it happens more often than not, there is a problem. I can only blame the management and leasing staff for this because of the people they are allowing to move in here lately. I have lived here for a very long time, and when I first moved in this was a nice place to live. Bad management, poor maintenance and an incompetent property supervisor have turned this place into a dump. I know this first hand. None of the above mentioned people care about this property or the people who live here. If you are considering moving to Lincoln Green, do yourself a favor and go to another property...believe me, even if you have to pay a little more, it is well worth it. I know the 99.00 move in is very tempting, but you will have to deal with complete idiocracy once that lease is signed!
When I leave this place, I will finally have peace of mind and my life will be so much better. Thanks, Lincoln Green....for NOTHING!
