this place can go from being OK to being a nightmare. i have been here since mid 2005 and will probably move when my lease is up. there are junked cars all over the complex, including a wrecked white cadillac that sat in front of my place for 4 months before disappearing finally. this was frustrating because at night there is usually only one spot available when i get home from work, and this piece of junk was using it. i live on the aside by the water tower too, so i don't like parking along the fence because assorted thugs have torn numerous holes in it. the windows were rolled down on the cadillac too, during the ice storm, so it was just ridiculous. 3 complaints got us nowhere. finally the guy who owned it moved it. my neighbors rarely clean up after their dog because they are too busy punching each other. the guy is really loud too, revving his engine and being all tough when he's mad. the guy on the end of the building might have a meth lab, the cops "arent' sure" and neither is the management, but he is for sure a total dopehead. i don't care about using drugs too much, but this guys flaunts it. there's no grass (mostly due to the big dog). the mail delivery is awful and erratic. my washing machine has leaked the entire time, although it is usable if i stuff towels under it. i have been told that it is not replaceable, yet i see others getting new ones. this led to water damage in the kitchen from previous tenants using it. my dishwasher leaks too, and can't be used. the roof is going to start leaking through if we get two or three big rains this spring. it took me months to erradicate the ants, and now i have a minor problem with some other bugs that look sort of live gnats or weevils. the office staff is nice sometimes, but occasionally they are holier-than-thou, and the new token guy is a complete jerk. the trash overflows at t he dumpster.

it is, though, fairly quiet 97% of the time. and it is close to my work. they did jack up my rent 25 bucks last year, and if they raise it even 5 dollars this time, i will be leaving.
