Given that the staff are cowards when it comes to commenting on the near killing of an infant when the ceiling fell'
Given that an entire unit burnt down to the ground without comment or any attempt to fix
Why would anyone want to rent here'''
Cowards, losers, egotistical staff...it's all here. Go throw your money away

Does anyone know the apartment number, I am wondering if it was my old apartment?

Not surprise at all about this situation! I personally used to leave there for 2 years and the staff was very nice until after I sign the lease, that was the nicest I seen from them. They obviously have a management and staff problem. I honestly believe this is been going on for years and it has not stop and look what happend now!!!!The ceiling fell in a crib? OMG are you serious? I bet they still don't care, Thank God the Kid is okay! The only think that kept me there for 2 years was that the apartments came with a washer and dryer but trust me is not worth it! Might as well rent or buy your own washer and dryer because 99% of the residents are unhappy!!!!!

The management and maintenance are personally responsible for this devastating tragedy. The day the ceiling collapsed, maintenance was called several times in about a 3 hr period. They NEVER CAME. After the ceiling collapsed, maintenance responded by saying, "It's not my problem the ceiling fell, I did my job and found the leak upstairs" Well, why didn't you do something about the immense amount of water that was on the floor. Imagine the amount of water needed to collapse a ceiling. Not to mention the numerous calls the tenants made to tell maintenance it was raining in their bedroom, closet and bathroom. Maintenance never entered the apartment where the ceiling fell. They only entered the apartment to try to clean the destruction before News 4 WOAI could film. Through all the destruction management, has only offered to release the tenants from their lease. But are holding firm to what they call contract, as not being responsible for the 1,000's of dollars in damages. Lincoln Green and CNC Investments are horrible. They are cowards and ruthless, spineless individuals. Their negligence could have been fatal to an innocent child, but they don't care. PLEASE do not move there! It is for your own benefit. TRUST ME!!!

At least they called you back -they have never called me. In fact when I call trying to talk to the main ones there the first thing they do is screen your call by asking who it is then you are either told they are on a corporate call which will be at least an hour or they are out on property then they ask for your phone number and say they will have them call you back - well guess what you will never get a call back. You have to keep on calling back until they finally decide to take your call. Most of the calls they get are for maintenance and they know the maintenance dept is lousy and not well qualified plus due to the owner deferring maintenance because he is cheap they know nothing will get done so they don't want to listen to you. This is not a customer service oriented company the owner is in it for all the money he can squeeze out of the complex.
