Do not, I repeat do not move in here! We moved in here only 2 months ago and the whole experience has been a complete nightmare! We were very disappointed right off the bat. All woodwork is severly chipped causing splinters, there are apprent water stains and mold cover-up. After only 2 weeks my husband's car was broken into causing almost five hundred dollars worth of damage! The lady in the apt beneth me has rotten, mold infested walls, and it smells like crap. She has been trying to get it fixed since before we moved in and there still has been no improvement. There's waste running down the wall near electrical outlets! There are police cars, abulances, and fire trucks here almost on a daliy basis and plenty of suspicious activity. The advertised secruity gates is a joke and there is an extremely big pot hole by the exit gate. We are really considering buying out our lease because it is very dangerous for us to have our kids on a floor that looks as though it will cave in at any second and the mold has not been good for our kids health.
