It is shame that the people who live here that own dogs can't clean up their dog's poop. I have only seen one person ever pick up their dog poop and that was only because he knew I was watching. You never see the dog owners carry around anything to pick it up - although some of them are smart and put something in their pocket in case somebody is watching. If they see somebody watching then they may take it out and pick it up but if nobody is watching they will not pick it up. I don't blame them for not wanting to pick it up but if they own a pet that pet is their responsibility so it is their responsibility to pick it up. If they don't want that responsibility then they either need to get rid of their dog or pay somebody to pick it up and dispose of it.
It gets very old having to smell it, avoid walking in it and them breeding more bugs and flies. The dog poop is a health hazard!
I highly suggest that Lincoln green management charge a fee of at least $50 for each small dog and $75 for each large dog that each tenant has. This money should then be used to hire a yard person whose only duties are to go around the complex each day and pick up the dog poop.

I have to agree with everything this person has reported. But they missed a few things..... what about the drug dealers doing business openly, what about the cars broken into in the supposedly safe parking areas and wndshields smashed, loud music, parties and beer bottles strewn about... but most of all what about the loud and threatening types they are now renting out to? As a single, mature woman I couldn't wait to get out of the place ... I WAS threatened..and my letters and comments to ----- were completely ignored. Perhaps he should consider a career change. What I want to know is this --- how did they manage to get a rating as high as 19%!!!! Sign me Gone and Not Soon Enough.

Your response could have been written by me. You must have been living in the same building I was and couldn't wait to get out of. Only thing I would add is that the bedroom window next to mine, where a drug dealer lived was smashed in, security lights outside, non-existent, thugs hanging around the stairwell I had to negotiate to get to my apartment, a leaking pool where they had a running hose into it for 10 months 27/7, which at the time of my departure, still remained unrepaired, muck on the broken and unrepaired sidewalks, dog poop everywhere, bug infestations (I had a nest of termites invade my bathroom) and a rude, ignorant manager and incompetent, inept and even ruder maintenance manager. Thank God I moved out before the fire, because the rats in the attic at my neighbor's apt. will likely chew through those wires too and cause more disaster for the people there. I have to ask the same question. How did they get a rating as high as 19%? Well, no doubt the self-serving manager has written the only 2 or so positive ratings on here. Close the place down, raze it, turn it into a park. It's a slum.
