From the moment I moved into this complex, I have had problem after problem and have gotten nowhere and even worse with physical issues. I would Like for it to be known that people in this complex need to band together and alert the proper figure heads in order to facilitate the immediate and swift removal of the management as well as the staff and maintenance staff. I have have problems with my bathroom, the lights, the washer and dryer, the carpets and flooding, pet droppings everywhere and thieves and hoodlums of all shape and size who not only steal bikes and other items stored away on the patios and in closets but cars as well.

Something has to be done, and I would like it to be know that I do plan on getting a hold of someone within the politics community, and am going to make this ghetto public. I now know what its like to live in a decent ghetto thanks to this apt complex. I would suggest that anyone who is planning on moving take heed to this warning and stay far away from it. I regret ever even setting eyes on this property.

you should contact the city housing authority and WOAI the tenent below was released from her lease just from threatening this. i will back anyone who chooses to make a move against this complex. we are paying too much for what we are living in.

Ok, I was there almost 7 years, and when I moved out 2 weeks ago, I found all the copies of maintenance request sheets (from both apartments I was in). All SEVEN requests. I honestly have to doubt whether all these outrageous claims are made by ACTUAL residents (past or present) of Lincoln Green. There are far too many cheaper apartments up and down Braesview/Patricia for real people to continue to live in these alleged conditions. It just doesn't ring true. This sounds like scare tactics from competing apartment complexes. And no, I have never been an employee of anything associated with LG.

I lived there for a year and a half and the first six months was fine until i moved to a one bedroom and all hell broke loose my water heater was bad i had a leak in the wall that grew mold about two and a half feet up the wall and all the carpets had mold growing out of them i called for this leak SIX times in one week and had no resolve my electric bills were almost THREE HUNDRED dollars a month and there is a creepy bald guy who walks around the apts talking to just about any resident that lives buy him i think his name is robert real weirdo I dont live there anymore AND I WOULD NOT TELL ANYBODY TO LIVE THERE also right around the corner by the elementary school is about 6-7 sex offenders who live in the duplexes im not saying they are harmful but becareful

for whomever is questioning the legitimacy of these complaints.....we were stuck in one crappy place that complicated a medical condition with my son...we broke our lease and ended up at Lincoln Green...thats why we are stuck here...with the water damage, the crooks and thieves, the poop, the gates, the vandalism and drugs...are there any nice places to live in San Antonio that don't cost a fortune? totally frustrated, decent family feeling trapped here. wanna make a break for the suburbs....btw...ya'll hearing all the gunshots lately...wth?

I heard about the recent fire at Lincoln Green apartments. My first thought was - I hope those folks had renters insurance! Many renters are unaware that if they do not carry personal renter's insurance, and something happens to destroy the contents in the apartment, the apartment complex IS NOT liable! I am a Farmers Agent and I offer VERY COMPETITIVE renter's rates. For $10,000 in personal property coverage, we're talking between $10-$15 per month! I will be dropping off renters packets to Lincoln Green but in the meantime, if you are interested, call me at 210-363-5721.

I have been living here for almost a year and everythin sucks here leasing agents,managment maintence, every little thing thank god my lease is up in a month and i will be so glad to move out.Please any one that is planning to move here dont do it. I hate this apartments. If anyone has any problems u should call Julee the area manager sometimes she will help you just call the main office in Houston and they will give u the phone number for Julee area manager for Lincoln Green Apartments in san antonio the number is 281-444-1585. Hope every one moves put of this ugly apts.
