I guarantee I am not apart of the apartment staff!!!

This is the absolute worst place I've lived since moving to SA. I was reeled in by the curb appeal. At first glance, they look very nice...situated amongst beautiful trees - BUT STOP! That's as good as it gets... you might as well sleep under the trees by the front office.

Nothing in the apartments work. I've lived there <2 yrs and the a/c unit has been replaced twice. The water stops working at random times and you never receive a notice of this. My 1970's dishwasher has never worked.

The maintenance staff here is worthless. They pretty much race through the parking lots seeing who can reach the front gates first. Only the Maintenance Supervisor seems to know anything. And the "gated community" that is offered is a load of crap. The gates NEVER work and when they do, you often find 5-8 cars backed up waiting for the right code to work.

Please do not live here. The 2nd day I moved in, a neighbor came up to me and asked me if I was out of my mind for moving here... ON THE 2ND DAY!!!!

Happily I am out of there. Anyone writing a negative response to this person's posting must be from ----- the manager or the maintenance manager, both completely useless. Thank goodness for sites like this. Hopefully, more people will research and use this type of venue before committing themselves to a lease at this very ill-managed and operated venue. Oh! Did I forget to mention the drug dealers living next door and below me? The fights and screaming at 3 a.m. in the morning and frequent police visits? The window smashed in right next to my bedroom window? Or the windshield smashed in one car away from where mine was parked? Or the dog feces one had to gingerly walk around or the mud that washed 2 inches deep on the sidewalks and were never removed? The screaming, yelling and unattended kids in the pool without parents in attendance? Enough said. Turn around... run, don't walk... in the other direction.

"I've lived there <2 yrs...My 1970's dishwasher has never worked." If things are that bad, ask yourself how many times you've renewed your lease and WHY??? If things are that bad, you should be hollering at yourself. I doubt things are as bad as you say, you just have another axe to grind.

Nope things are as bad as they say, I lived there as well and couldn't wait to get out of my lease. You know sometimes people get stuck living in a certain place and don't have the money to move-yes it does cost money to move, those reconnection fees, actual moving costs etc. My mother made a comment about thise place that used to be a very nice place, she said the only fix to this problem is demolition. At first I was insulted but after living there for awhile yes I would have to agree. I had all of the above problems with the addition of the refrigerator not working of which they tried to fix 4 times. I had to frequently defrost it myself by using a hair dryer, with the same method being used to defrost the ac when it froze up. Water leaks galore, and my cable never worked in the bedroom where there were "dead cables" in the walls-according to the cable guy, they would have to receive permission from the apartment complex to open up the walls to get in there. I'm telling you demolition. I didn't agree with the maintainence being bad though, I just think they don't have anything to work with, meaning management or ownership would not allow certain purchases that are required to keep a community operating at a level that should be expected.
