I am an unfortunate former renter of Lincoln Green apts. I have agreed with all the opinions thus submitted, but with the history of a ceiling collapsing on an infant's cradle several months ago (please check previous posts) and now this horrendous fire (appraently caused by faulty wiring) which has displaced dozens of residents.

**IF** you like management who did not comment on a ceiling collapse on a crib nearly killing an infant, this place is for you!!

IF you like getting harrassing letters about carpet cleaning, blinds, threatening to affect your credit score, and the like ***TWO YEARS*** after moving out, this is the place for you!!

IF you enjoy staying in a place that at any time could erupt in flames from faulty circuits **YOU HAVE COME HOME!!**

My advice: get renter's insurance and PLEASE consider elsewhere.

Ha Ha I remember getting a letter for BOXES on my patio. I had lived there 3 days and got this rude letter from management aka worthless. I thought about it. They are concerned about boxes on my patio as opposed to a disgusting property that they have inside the gates.
