I have lived here for the past year and it has been the worst experince of my life! the first night i moved in a vehicle was stolen and then crashed into the brick wall across the street and then the theif ran through my gate that was always open and then into the complex. And now more recently a fire destroyed many units, and they havent even bothered trying to rebuild those units at all. The management is horrible and they just want their money. It took them a week and a half to fix my washer and dryer and everytime i called to see when maintenance would come out and everyday they said no work order had been put in. the office people are so lazy! And just let you know their is section 8 housing right behind the complex.

The best decision I ever made after living in that rat-hole, drug-ridden slum for 2 years was to get out, as I did last September. I agree completely with this contributor's comments. Cars were broken into, the drug-dealer's bedroom window (next to mine) was smashed in... thugs lounging on the only stair to my apartment, a pool that was leaking for 8 months with a constantly running hose, sidewalks covered with muck because they were too lazy to fix them, surly and useless maintenance personnel and the male "property manager," using the term loosely, who is rude, inept, arrogant and lazy. Then as I drove by around the beginning of June, past the burnt apartments which are still unrestored months and months later, I see a literal phalanx of police cars there on Braesview in the middle of the day. The only comment I disagree with on this person's write-up is this. Yes, there is indeed a slum on Belair, but the real Section 8 is Braesview Apartments! So happy to be out of there. Can you tell?
