I am a recent tenant of Lincoln Green havent even been here 30 days and since day one they were supposed to fix two minor problems and they have not!!! I have called everyday and have been lied to I also called the District Manager and emailed her as well and still nothing. This place is not worth it at all. I am appauled at how the property is run. The guy named Alex at the office laughed at my complaint and I asked if he thought it was funny and he replied with yes since I dont even know you. I am disgusted with this complex and will do everything possible to get this problem resolved for any of you that are considering these apartments I would say reconsider PLEASE!!

I know exactly what you mean!! I lived there for 2 1/2 years. The first year was great, but after I signed my lease renewal, the property went downhill quickly. Get this...according to the maintenance staff, the office would cringe everytime they saw me calling on their caller ID and they would argue over who was going to answer the phone!! If they would have just fixed the problems, I wouldn't have been forced to call them day after day! It's not like I wanted to talk to them everyday or something!! I feel your pain...I also know how wonderful it felt when I finally got outta there! Good luck to you!

I have been a tenant at Lincoln Green now for more than a year and am about to renew my lease. I love the property and am very pleased with the way the the staff will do everything necessary to ensure that the residents are happy. I have had minor issues in my apartment and once I called to put in the work order, they were quickly fixed. I think that people should be a little patient and understand that they are not the only people that live here (calling EVERYDAY is a little too much by the way). As far as Alex, he is very helpful, professional and polite. He, as well as the rest of the staff, will make sure that the issues get resolved as soon as possible so that the residents are satisfied with their apartments. Again, I am very pleased with my apartment and the service I receive from the staff.

Dear "Anonymous" who thinks Alex is just a great guy.... wake up "Alex" or whatever "friend" is writing this bogus hearts and flowers recommendation for you. It's so transparent, it makes me want to gag. Just ask the police who are there regularly, just ask the tenants who's apartments went up in flames (and still aren't rebuilt), just ask people like me dealing with drug-dealers, car breakins, broken windows, ceilings falling in baby cribs, rats and or squirrels in the ceiling chewing on electrical cords, muck covered impassible sidewalks, leaking pools with water running 24/7 to keep it filled for months (at who's expense? you got it) , algae-ridden and with broken safety equipment. Dear Alex. Get a job slinging burgers... if you can.
