Dear "Anonymous" who thinks Alex is just a great guy.... wake up "Alex" or whatever "friend" is writing this bogus hearts and flowers recommendation for you. It's so transparent, it makes me want to gag. Just ask the police who are there regularly, just ask the tenants whose apartments went up in flames (and still aren't rebuilt months and months later), just ask people like me putting up with drug-dealers next door and their 'clients' who smashed in the bedroom window next to mine in the middle of the night, car break-ins with smashed windshields, lazy, incompetent, sneering maintenance (and I use the term loosely) staff and worse, office personnel...ceilings falling in baby cribs, (read the horror stories on that one)rats and or squirrels in the ceiling chewing on electrical cords, (this will be the next building to go up in flames), muck covered impassible sidewalks, leaking pools with water running 24/7 to keep it filled for months (at who's expense' you got it- yours) , algae-ridden and with broken safety equipment. Let's not forget outside lighting broken & left unrepaired for 2 years or how about the nest of termites I discovered one morning in my washroom, not to mention though I paid a month in advance of moving in.. the place was totally filthy and as I was trying to move in, maintenance were there supposedly replacing a broken closet mirror door. Carpets were filthy with animal excrement, the kitchen unusable and walls and ceilings filthy, windows yellow with cigarette smoke. Oh! and did I mention that the washer/dryer were broken and the fridge died with about $60 worth of food in it -- all in the first week! No reparations, no apologies... and certainly... no class.

Dear Alex. Get a job slinging burgers... if you can. This place is a major tragedy just waiting to happen. Someone should ask the news to revisit this disgusting hell-hole before some innocent person pays with injury, or worse, death.

It's hard to believe this positive response compared with all the negative reviews. I don't live at Lincoln Green but drove past it today and can attest to the fact that there is a huge building that has no roof and looks like it had a major fire.
