Since i first moved in there was problems, from the toliet that wouldnt stop running to the druggy neighbors, all the way to the black mold in my bathroom! I had bugs burrowing themselves into by bathroom sink cabinet until i found it and killed it! When I told the apts, they didnt do anything about it. When told that my toliet wont stop running, they just fixed the chain, then it wouldnt fill all the way. Then when it would get clogged the maintence tries to fix it, breaks the auger he's using, shoves his hands down the toliet and uses MY TOWELS to dry his hands! Toliet kept overflooding, they didnt really care until i had to keep calling the manager of the company to where i told him that he needed to come out here or i was going to call the owner of the apt buildings. Then when my neighbor from upstairs had a leak and it was leaking into my kitchen, they came to fix it while i was at work and guess who's towels they used....MINE! Then when i had gotten my washer and dryer after almost a month, the dryer sparked when i went to use it...can we say fire waiting to happen' Then when the neighbors would have parties upstairs, i could hear them running up and down the staircase and they would throw their beer cans in the bushes next to our patio. the neighbor upstairs would have different guys almost every night in her apt and they'd be smoking weed on the balcony. She must've gotten into alot of fights with her men b/c there would be clothes all over the grass in the morning and there was her daughter's dirty diapers that sat there for the first 3 months after i moved in until finally the maintence cleaned it! Then the gates were always open, never locked if they were closed. My boyfriends car was broken into and had his dashboard ripped apart w/ his cd player stolen, as well as his jackets for work, cd's and the lightbulb that is in the overhead when you open your door. The following month my car was broken into, thank god nothing was taken, due to the fact my neighbor downstairs saw them and called the cops, one was caught out of two. Needless to say that i had the projects living up the road and didnt know it! Told the apts about it and they just gave me some security number to call! After that i was forced to break my lease b/c i was afraid the next thing broken into would be my apt.! Now i'm having to pay a pretty fine for breaking it and i dont think i should have to! When i went to the apts to tell them i was breaking it and i was thinking of calling the news on them for not caring and all the black mold that i had and their way of dealing w/ it was to just recaulk it or paint over it, some girl working there went nuts and didnt appreciate me saying that in front of people that were trying to rent...so i simply said oh well i dont appreciate my stuff getting broken into and ya'll not doing anything about it! We went back and forth w/ the apt manager looking on until i started to step up to the girl and he broke us up. How professional is that' Letting his employee argue w/ his supposed valued tenants' So in my opinion i would DEFINANTLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!
