I have had problems from day one. I was switched between three apartments before moving into this one. No one knows the plan number of the type of apartments available. My requests for maintainance have not been fullfilled since I've been there. My blinds are falling down, ALL of the sink bottoms are slumped and things have not been replaced. When are they expecting to trim the bushes' I keep seeing wild animals running around the complex like skunks, huge possums and racoons! The accounting manager can never get your water bill right and you are always past due. When you call, no one can explain the bill and when it was due. This place is the slum! The bath wall does not fit the bathtub and the color of the caulk is wrong. I wish I could break my lease! I can't wait to leave.

What you have said is so true as I have experienced much of the same. Although you need to add to the wild animals - there are also RATS and they love the dog poop that is not picked up.

YOu can break your lease if you can prove that none of your request have been fufilled. If you have place over 3 tickets for maintenence and have given them a reasonable time to fix it, and they haven't you can break the lease on failure for them to meet the lease agreements.. You have to send a certified letter and some other things but it CAN be done. I got the hell out of that place as soon as I could. Brian is worthless as a manager and so is the rest of the damn staff.

Well I am so very sorry sorry for all those who get skeemed into Lincoln AAAAHHHHH Green. I lived there for less than a month and paid 2500.00 to break my lease, need I say more? I am living at Iron Horse Valley now. Its like I left the victoria courts and moved to Stone Oak!!!! HEre its peaceful, i'm guessing thats because there is allot of military. Something you will never see at Lincoln. From what I understand, they are not even allowed to be in any military housing.... HMMMMMMM Look into leaving before your building burns down like my apt almost did the FIRST day I moved in...
