This place has horrible maintenance and they treat you like your stupid if you have a problem. I rented a dryer and it wouldn't dry, so when i complained they just looked at the connection, said nothing was wrong it was just old and left. I bought a new dryer and it did the same thing, i said the vent must be clogged, and they refused to do anything until i went down to the office more than 8 times to complain, finally i hired a proffesional to look and he pulled huge clumps of lint and things out of there. When i told the apt. they said that that how one of their buildings had previously burned down...(then maybe they should fix that more often.. >:( ). The appliances are very old and not maintained.my refridgerator molded my food within a week, and it wouldn't stay cool, i complained and they looked at it and basically called me crazy and said it was fine and left, when i put a thermometer in it the temp was 45 degrees and it should be less than 40...and it was on the highest cooling temp i could turn the knob to. I moved in and the ice maker was broken to begin with, i turned in work order after work order and even after my lease was up it wasn't fixed. They told me my apartmnt was ready-to-move-in, and they put new carpet in, but when i shampooed the carpet the water was pitch black. There was pubic hair painted to the door, and when i asked maintenance to remove it they wouldnt do it. My apartment smelled of marijuana and smoke no matter what i did. they didn't change the air filter since the previous owner lived there. people came to my door that i didn't know 4 a.m. and 6a.m. drunk and high trying to get in, and there is no security on site. The gates have 24 hour access so anyone can just waltz in. My air conditioner stopped working for a week and my apt. was 80-90 degrees and maintenance called me crazy and just looked and didn't fix it, my neighbor had to tell me that my air unit outside was frozen over, and when i told them, they said that maintance had come out too many times to fix it and nothing was wrong, and that they didnt want to send anybody out again if nothing is wrong. I made them come look at it, and sure enough they pulled chunky sheets of ice off the ac unit. When my mother called about information on my bill they told her it was not her buissness even when she helped with the lease, and they hung up on her. I had to move out early just because it was so nasty and nothing was getting done. They also have a bug problem in the aptartments...esp. roaches...i am in culinary classes and im certified in sanitation and safety, if that place was a restaraunt it would be shut down. Some of the staff is friendly in the office, except for the main boss who treats you like your a dumba$$. The best part was the abundance of parking, probably due to not many residences. My stay here was not very pleasant and i didn't feel safe at all!!! The billing is ridiculous as well...i didn't live there for a month and still my water bill was $22, i didn't use any water whatsoever!!! i even told them i was moving out early, but not breaking my lease...but they still charged me for things i didn't use. I definately do not recommend living here!!!!

Everything you have mentioned in this is so similar to what I have also encountered with Lincoln Green, it has been a nightmare since the day that I have moved in the office staff is terrible and so is the maintenance. I wish you luck in the future and I wish the same for myself and anyone else who has encountered these horrific living conditions. For those who are considering living at Lincoln Green, reconsider this place is hell on earth!

The gates are so not working! If that was true, then why did someone get their windows busted out and it was parked right next to me INSIDE the gates! They do not have any maintainance. The roach problem is huge and they never exterminate(sp). Yeah, there is an abundance of parking due to residents moving out.
