I just moved in here about a month ago and so far I am really enjoying the place. I got a two bedroom apartment with a fireplace for an awesome price! I love it! I was reading the other reviews and just wanted to give my input as well. I did have a maintenance request during this first month which didn't make me very happy BUT it was taken care of the next day. The girls at the office are very nice every time I've called or come in there and I can't wait to start sitting out by the poolside!

You are right in that the women in the office seem nice. The only thing here is that the new women and the old women in the office do not follow thru. They say something will be done but they do not check on whether it is done or if it is done correctly - they drop the ball. So you have to contact them again and again so maybe if you are lucky it will get done in three months. It's great that they are nice but we live here and when something is broken and needs fixing we don't need nice we need action. The apartments have mold in them, the wood is dry rotted and needs replacing, water leaks need fixing, the ant hills need to be taken care of before we have a major infestation, the grounds and the building need to be completely sprayed for bugs and other pests to include roaches, mice, and rats. There are many more problems here and if you read the previous posts of other residents you will then know what they are. The complex right now has a vacancy factor of 35 to 38% because of the poor conditions here. That is why (as you say) you got an awesome deal as they need to get the vacancy factor down. Most people who come here looking to rent and really pay attention to the poor condition of the apartments and complex do not rent here unless they get a super deal - it is a tradeoff for them either a lousy place at an awesome price or a nice place somewhere else for a slightly higher price. We now have a new manager and he seems to want to make improvements but Lincoln green needs so many improvements and the owner is an Indian (INDIA) who is very cheap and does not like to spend money. It is because of the owner being so cheap and not spending money for upkeep of the apartments that they are in such poor condition today. I hope the new manager succeeds in making this a nice place to live - If he does I will have to say he is a top property manager. The only thing is that other managers have come before him that had great ambitions but have failed due to a cheap owner, unpleasant staff and staff that does not follow thru and a lousy maintenance crew. The new manager needs to hold his staff and maintenance crew accountable and he needs the owner to open up his checkbook.

Well... I gotta say... are you a staff worker? Awesome prices...... for CRAP! The new staff was obviously hired by a non-intellegant person. They don't seem to know their elbows from their but holes!!!! CnC themselves are HORRIBLE!!!!! They wouldn't give a ---- if one lived in an apartment infested with mold. HA! And Cindy Cappy.... Please she can't seem to get it together. She is the VP for those that don't know. I have called her so many times I know her cell by heart, oh and NO I have not had a response. The owner is a cheap skate and feels it is okay to be-little women and us as tenants as he is rich and we apparantly aren't ----! There were two leasing girls there that aren't any more. I hope they are some where they deserve to be where they are appreciated. I want to say Roxanne And AManda? Pretty sure, also Charles... he has been here anytime I have needed him. I hope he gets a better job offer and leaves this dump before it burns down again!!!!! Thanks to Kim for making sure the mold sitting for 3 weeks was taken care of. I also hope the best for her. Please, please don't rent here... you are better off in the courts! Run for your life! Any CnC apartments are NOT even close to okay. If you aren't an alcoholic by now... you will be soon! Oh to all us Lincoln ---- tenants... maybe we should meet and come up wiyh a plan to bring to Cindy Cappy... like we all want OUT ASAP!
