I couldn't believe that the staff is allowed to bring their children to work while you wait to be helped so they can attend to them. As for the office manager, oh wait is there really one' I wouldn't know since "she" refused to come and answer my simple question. Overall staff stinks. Maintance if absolutely wonderful. Just ask them to fix the problems yourself because staff doesn't relay all messages.
