Living at Lincoln Village was the worst experience I've ever had!! First and foremost, the office staff is highly incompetent and not helpful or unwilling to help. I had a negative, foreboding feeling the day of my move-in, when a member of the office staff was arguing with me over letting me moving into an apartment with new carpet when I had a pet. She forgot that I had a cat and made us wait, on the day of move-in, to try to accommodate us. Finally, she found an apartment that WAS NOT clean but vacant. When we moved out, we did not clean because we had moved into a dirty apartment;however, my roommate and I were charged for not cleaning. Where is the justice in that' We tried to dispute the charge, but we never got a chance to speak with the manager. All we got was the runaround.

Maintenance was not highly responsive. It normally took them two to three days to perform a simple work order.

Parking was atrocious. There wasn't sufficient parking for all residents which led tenants to make up their own parking spot. I would not suggest living there!!
