This place is absolutely horrible. The apartments themselves are nice and in a pretty good location, but the niceness stops there. We just moved in here in January, by April I had already had my car broken into. Then once we started asking around it turns out that is happens ALOT! We have security gates, but they are hardly ever shut, and when they are shut it is usually only one or the other, but never both at the same time. The office staff sucks. They are very rude and they don't abide by the rules. They told us a bunch of things and then only later did we realize that the lease says other things...such as rent being late as of the 3rd of the month...we were told it was late as of the 4th of the month. Also we were told that they ran out of gate cards and as soon as they came in they would bring them to us...a month after living here we still hadn't gotten them so I went to ask and the office staff said it was "first come, first serve" and that once again they were out of them and we would have to just keep coming in and asking them for them. The maintenance guys are very nice, but the office staff takes FOREVER getting the work orders to them. The staff is also very rude to us whenever we receive packages in the office. There is not enough parking. They reserve most of the spaces for residents that have lived here for five years or longer...which must not be too many people because those spots are usually vacant. I absolutely hate it here, but for now we are stuck because we signed a year lease. If you are thinking about moving here, please please rethink your decision.
